We should have done it for years rather than stop talking about it. But we shouldn’t make it conditional. It should just be we recognize the states of Palestine. Yeah, I think Star doing this is a good idea. I think it’s probably, as I said, too little too late. But yeah, I think it’s a good idea. [Music]

Le Premier ministre Keir Starmer a annoncé que le Royaume-Uni pourrait reconnaître l’État de Palestine en septembre, à condition qu’Israël respecte certains engagements, notamment un cessez-le-feu durable dans la bande de Gaza. Cette annonce a suscité des réactions majoritairement favorables dans les rues de Londres.
