OMG.. look at the growth in Litigation Provision!!!! So it’s true that people are walking away from debt huh? That’s a huge spike 4600 percent from last year!!! Or Am I reading that wrong??
$5.2B income for data processing?
Anyone have any info on what’s going on here?
That client incentive is pretty interesting too, almost on par with their profit. That’s drug dealers business strategy… free/give away product, just enough to encourage consumption!!!
oh, they made it from Revenue. Interesting!
I’m very surprised to not see Fraud in here anywhere.
It’s neither FY25 not is it Q3
Let’s look at some numbers for fun.
Op Profit: 6.2B
Net Profit: 5.3B
Tax: 1.1B
Note: these numbers do not add up. 6.2 – 1.1 = 5.1, not 5.3.

I thought their entire expenditure was litigation
I used to work for Visa. Man, I’ve never had a job with such insane benefits. 4x 401k (lowered to 3x right before I left), crazy affordable health insurance, very good salary (but not extraordinary). I left before they went public, but my wife (who I met there) was given a boatload of stock for free that’s worth a decent amount today.
Profit went up; taxes went down. Cool.
Parasite on the economy.
Every time you use your credit card, the business pays visa 1-2% of the transaction. Just a total leech.
