Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company active in 14 states and with a portfolio value of nearly $4.2 billion, has announced the promotion of Matt Liskey to Director of Information Technology. Formerly Manager of Information Technology, Liskey has more than 25 years of business and information technology experience and has worked for CRC since 2014. He succeeds Jeffrey Rines, who recently announced his retirement.

As head of CRC’s IT Department, Liskey will lead critical infrastructure and cybersecurity efforts, and manage technology implementations for CRC.

Liskey previously held industry-related roles with Advance Business Systems, Becton Dickinson, Hershey Foods, and the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He earned a degree in Information Technology/Business from York Technical Institute.
