  1. scam! If they really billed you twice they would send it back via twint/credit card or whatever you used.

  2. SBB CFF FF – S – S is missing. bcenter@ … is nothing.
    Yes. Scam.

  3. I do think that SBB would be able to correct the booking and send the money back. They have all data they need.

  4. Surprise, surprise it is a scam. I am genuinely baffled how sophisticated the scam is. No spelling errors and the site is swisspass.com

  5. Scam, look at the bottom “bcenter at seznam.cz” that’s not sbb. The sbb link is just displayed, and the true link is hidden behind and bad.

Not to be mean, but ask your employer for IT literacy /security courses.

  6. It’s obviously a scam:

    – if you hover over the link `swisspass.ch/erstattung`, it will certainly point to a different URL
    – SBB CFF **FF**
    – swisspass.**com**
    – bcenter@seznam.**cz**

General advice: before clicking on any link in an email, check if the URL looks reasonable.

  7. The address bcenter at the bottom is an obvious clue considering its a cz domain which is Czech Republic.

The other tell is the swiss pass email ending in .com instewd of .ch.

    100% a scam.

  8. I mean. The link address displayed in the mail is just a cover. When you enter the .ch address manually, you get the 404.
Always navigate official websites manually. Never klick.

  9. Scam, refunds to a credit card aren’t very common in Switzerland.

  10. Scam

It’s SBB CFF FFS, the scammer has no ending S.

  11. Always the same old story: Salutation: Hello you [SBB would use your name] Purpose: something about transaction [SBB would refer to a specific number or amount] E-mail address: Hieroglyphen@Czech Republic [SBB would use a corporate mail address]

That’s easy to recognize, isn’t it? And don’t forget: don’t answer emails from Netflix customer service if you don’t have an account with Netflix, or from UBS if you don’t have an account with UBS, etc.

  12. There link *displayed* looks right, but hover over it with the mouse: the linkbit would take you to is different.
