Let’s hope that next Orthodox Easter can be spent in a more peaceful Ukraine.
I celebrated with my Ukrainian friends and discovered their beautiful traditions: we ate a delicious “Paschca” cake and have been introduced to their harmless and fun “egg battle”. This war is revolting and unspeakable but Ukrainian people are incredibly resilient and try to make the best of this situation. I have grown to love them like family.
