I think Putin has made some serious, significant, geopolitical mistakes, including in Ukraine itself, but we all know what Western-sponsored ‘regime change’ means = a completely neutralised Russia to be sold off bit by bit, further expansion of Nato, Iran side-lined, if not taken out, as a result of both Russia + Iran taken out, the Turks take over the Caucasus to realise their pan-Turkic wet dreams. China completely isolated.

    If Putin is to eventually step down it should happen naturally. and, besides, calls for ‘regime change’ from de-facto dictator Zelensky are pretty hypocritical.

  2. Yeah Zelensky, I don’t know about that, but the way things are going, the regime change you seek will happen to you. And more than that, pushed by the west itself.

  3. I wonder how many hundreds of thousands russian need to die before people will understand that russian warmongering has nothing to do with the regime? I don’t even talk about the fact that in the last century we saw three completely different regimes in russia, but they all were after imperialistic conquest

  4. As of right now this plan is completely unfeasible. There’s virtually no opposition left in Russia and the “opposition” in exile not only has no legitimacy or support inside the country but is also fractured and is balls deep in infighting, with some people going as far as trying to assassinate their competition to secure the Western grants. If Putin is assassinated he’s going to be replaced by someone even more hawkish, which I’m guessing is not what Zelensky wants.

  5. What did he think was happening? The opposition controlled by the west in Russia is all but gone. Under current circumstances and judging by how the war is going, a regime change will likely result in someone even more hawkish to come into power.

    Zelensky and “whole civilised world” press calls for regime change in Russia as hysterical choir for 3 years already.

    Its not BREAKING, its drone ambient.
