  1. “Freedom [to wank] is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed.”
    — Martin Luther King Jr.

  2. You cannot anger a man with a VPN and an endless supply of hand free wanks at a click of my fingers

  3. It’s admirable that the thing that united the nation is our love for a good old wank

  4. That is still less than the population of Rochdale and Bradford.

  5. It isn’t about porn. It is the slow creep towards big brother and totalitarian control. Making fun of it is fine. But nobody will be laughing in 5-10 years.

  6. A funny thing is the kids who want to watch will already know about VPN’s and stuff.

I knew someone about 13 or 14 years ago now I guess who put Netnanny on her family computer and after a while needed to look something medical up but couldn’t because of the blocks and she couldn’t remember the password she used.

In the end her teenage son (the main reason she had it) showed her how to easily bypass it

  7. The irony of an institution world renowned for rampantly harbouring pedophiles, dreaming up a scheme like this in the name of child protection, really is the most incredible part of the story.

  8. The petition to rejoin the EU- had six million

    Stop Brexit – five million.

    They didn’t even blink.

These petitions are important they make us believe we can change things, They make us believe we have a voice and can impact the government to change their view. The truth is we are powerless to effect change via a petition.

  9. Tbh this is actually dangerous.

Who knows what we will have the time to organise if we can’t wank.

  10. And nothing will still be done, say goodbye to freedom.
Bye bye, bye bye byeeeee 👋 👋

  11. I was asked to show ID to read a reddit post about how terrible Bells Whisky is.

    How is that protecting children?

  12. Omg crazy it almost has 500k signatures.

They’re gonna regret if they give 16yr olds the right to vote

  13. I genuinely given up with social media even so I’m a teenager who be eighteen in couple years so now I just decided to only use social media when it’s really important and decided to just read more books and spend less time on my phone

Also I’m surprised that other day I bought six general literature books that were mostly books dealing with adult material anyways I literally have a baby face even so I’m sixteen and while I was waiting at the till I actually thought maybe they not be okay with a teenager buying books that for adults since the new rules but instead they were generally okay with it and didn’t mind a teenager was buying books that are for adults and literally told me that I had taste for buying a book that was literally about full on sex

So like it’s confusing that there so many rules on what a teenager can see on social media when we literally have parental guidance on setting even for little children but yet irl I can find basically harmful and adult material in books and that if I dig little deeper than before as watching tv and films that are made for adults but it’s not like the government can stop that too.

  14. Teach parents to parent, and how to use modern child safety tools provided with most ISPs and devices.

Teach kids better sexual education and reinforce that 95% of porn is on the extreme end and far from most reality.

Rather this than another small freedom taken away from the masses. Next will be digital online IDs. Centralised government controlled currency and much more… All under the guise of protecting the kids or the planet.

We will own nothing and be happy, after all. 🤡

  15. how come they don’t care about children in the real world smh

  16. the government response is “no, fuck you, we’re gonna do it even harder?”
