Speaking on LBC today, Mr Farage was interviewed by host Nick Ferrari about the upcoming visit of JD Vance to the UK.

In fact, it has been widely reported in the press that the Vice President has chosen Charlbury in Oxfordshire for his family holiday destination, only a few miles away from Mr Clarkson’s pub.

Widely featured on hit Amazon series Clarkson’s Farm, The Farmer’s Dog is near Burford and was purchased by the former Top Gear host for around £1 million.

The 65-year-old Chipping Norton area resident runs the pub alongside his 1,000 acre farm in Chadlington.

He had the same response when asked whether he might go to the Cotswolds – where Charlbury is – but when questioned on whether he would meet at Mr Clarkson’s pub his reply differed.
