Don’t know what this specific one is worth, but things like these are pretty common, so unless it’s super old (it’s not, it says 1951 on it) or super rare they’re usually not worth that much.
Edit: also figured out why next to “1951” it says “600 Jahr Feier”, Zürich joined Switzerland in 1351 under Bruns’ leadership. So 600 years later they had a shooting competition and put him on the awards.

Usually you get a Kranz if you so good at a Schützenfest, like Kantonales or Eidgenössisches.

It’s a medallion for doing good at a cantonal shooting competition in Zürich in 1951.
The man on the front is [Rudolf Brun](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_Brun), first mayor of Zürich (declared mayor in 1336).
