    Turns out that when you have a gaggle of fascist morons puncturing the arteries of the government and systems of operation, you’re going to start to hemorrhage money.

  12. Elon got rid of so many fed agencies and lawsuits that were negatively impacting his businesses. He improved his life at the cost of hurting most americans, he was efficient at his purpose i guess? Have some respect for vivake, he bailed at the jump when he saw it was all a sham.

  13. We all knew that eventually it’s going to come out that they wasted more money than they will save for dozens of decades. This was never about saving money, it was to get data and get elements of government that throttled their plans to transfer wealth out of the way.

    Let me state that again for MAGA, this was simply another transfer of wealth, and you bought into it hook, line, and sinker. They were successful in getting people out of the way that will stop future endeavors to do more of the same. Slash Oversight. Slash Regulations. Slash programs to protect consumers. Slash programs to help the minorities and unrepresented.

    Bonus – steal mass quantities of data on ALL US citizens to use against them in future endeavors.

    Elon used DOGE to chainsaw any regulatory body that previously stood in his way, and also installed backdoors for critical systems that he will take advantage of when it’s advantageous.

  20. I think that DOGE did exactly what it was supposed to do. I truly do. It wasn’t a failure at all.

    Google “Bannon deconstructionism”. He was boasting about it openly almost a decade ago. He told us what was coming because he was involved in making it happen.

    “Deconstructing America” is the concept of destroying the gov’t so that the “right people” can rebuild it from scratch without worrying about “precedent” or the Constitution or decency or “woke” or anything else. They can rebuild it however they want if things are catastrophic enough.

    But don’t worry! The billionaires are prepared for the chaos! (I know everyone was worried that they might struggle.) Google “billionaire bunkers”. Some of them even have fire moats!

    Remember, not all conspiracies are false. eg, Guy Fawkes or MKUltra. It isn’t really much of a “secret hidden conspiracy” when the people involved in it give interviews about it on TV (like Bannon) or publish what they plan to do (like Project 2025). It’s good to study to real conspiracies so that you can recognize the difference.

  28. “Efficiency” to them just means “getting the stuff done fast.” In order to enable this, they had to get rid of:

    * Getting stuff done legally
    * Getting stuff done safely
    * Getting stuff done correctly
    * Getting stuff done transparently
    * Getting anyone to sign off on the stuff done
    * Getting anyone to document the stuff done
    * Getting the stuff done by anyone who knows what they’re doing
    * Getting any other kind of stuff done at all

  36. I have family that works for the gov. They were resigned to relocate to DC, $250k relocation package. All to do a job that was being done fully remote with no issues. Think of how many people are being paid to move too.
