Belarus plans to open consulates general in Kazan and Ufa by April 1st, 2026, according to the resolution No. 418 of the Council of Ministers dated July 30th, 2025, published on the National Legal Internet Portal, sb.by reports
The Belarusian Embassy’s offices in Kazan and Ufa, Russia, are scheduled to close by April 1st, 2025. Additionally, a new branch of the Belarusian Embassy in Voronezh, Russia, is planned to open by December 30th, 2025.
The Finance Ministry has been directed to allocate funds for the establishment and maintenance of these consulates general and embassy offices.
This resolution takes effect on the date it is officially published.
