these are ants
These are not ants. They are stofluis.
I battled them for a year, and rarely see them anymore. They were everywhere.
They are harmless, though not fun to see them everywhere.
Google will teach you a lot, but mainly, you should look at reducing humidity. This will cause them to stop reproducing.
I used Obsidentify. It says it’s 98% certain it’s Dicyrtomina saundersi. https://waarnemingen.be/species/20812/
But these things are always tricky because the bugs are so small.
