Hi! If you can, please fill out this survey on Belgian chocolate which takes you 30 seconds.
I need this for a school project.
Please fill out the survey only if you have lived in Belgium for at least 4 years and if you have tried at least a few Belgian chocolates.

Done!
Done, that was quick.
Shortest survey I ever had to fill in
The first question makes no sense at all.
Quantitative over qualitative survey but I’m curious about what others think in longhand because the chocolate industry seems more than a little tribal to me: “I buy this brand because I always bought this brand”.
I’m an avowed chocoholic. When I first came to Belgium years ago I talked to colleagues because in my country of origin there is a hierarchy for everything, how you figure your choice between competing brands for a certain product, and sometimes it can be very reasoned. So we did a kind of *triage* and then I mixed in my own preferences – I dislike a lot of cream and sugar – and I arrived at a result which, for better or worse, I’ve stuck with for years: Corné. Recently I questioned myself on this and I thought: this personal tribalism is based on very little that’s real.
So I would be interested the opinions of my fellow redditors here after they’ve done OP’s survey.
Is this about Belgian Chocolates as in a Praline or just Chocolate made in Belgium?
