In the Ohio case, the the Ohio attorney general said that abortion would have been justified. Focus on the question, please. Would a 10-year-old choose to carry a baby? Um, I I I cannot Do you think a 10-year-old should choose to carry a baby? I I believe it would probably impact her her life and so therefore it would fall under any exception and would not be an abortion. Wait, it would not be an abortion if a 10-year-old with her parents made the decision not to have a baby that was the result of a rape? If a 10-year-old became pregnant as a result of rape and it was uh threatening her life, then that’s not an abortion. So, it would not fall under any abortion restriction in our nation. Miss Warbllo, um, are you familiar with disinformation? Uh, yes, I am. Did you just hear some disinformation? Uh, yes. I heard some very significant disinformation. Why don’t you tell me about that? Yes. An abortion is a procedure. It’s a medical procedure um that individuals undergo for a wide range of circumstances um including uh because they have been sexually assaulted uh raped in the case of the 10-year-old. Um it doesn’t matter whether or not um there is a statutory exemption. It is still a medical procedure that is understood to be an abortion.

    57% of Ohio voted to protect ab*rtion.

    But in June 2025 Republicans in Ohio introduced a bill to ban all ab*rtions — with no exceptions at all — allowing patients and doctors to face homicide charges, even though Ohio already voted to enshrine abortion access in the state constitution.

    Republicans are trying to override that vote and go around the will of the people. We cannot let that happen.

  7. First, I have to take the Dennis Leary stance he said in one of his skits is that it is like going shopping with one's wife or significant other. While they are shopping the man will be sitting on the bench with the others just telling each other "What's Up." Second, we already have a great problem in our country with providing assistance already to those women who are single parents raising children. There are few social programs in place to help those having children whether by choice, rape, or incest. We know most Republicans have issues already with the programs in place such as Welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security. This was even before the "Trump" era we are going through. These people want to force women to do have children but don't want to take the responsibility to provide physical and mental assistance, provide financial assistance, provide educational assistance to the child or mother, provide better a better foster care system, as well as holding the father responsible either by forcing them to financially support the child or put them behind bars if it was an act of violence. It is an oxymoron when Republicans want to cut taxes by shutting down programs that barely help already while creating a wider situation in the future which would force the opposite of what they support and are doing now to the programs in place already. No one thinks about the infrastructure needed to push their agendas. I have yet to hear "this is what we believe in, and this is how we feel it should be supported so those affected will be successful."

    Hell even in hospital if a pregnancy is risky to a mother, they focus on the mother's safety more than the baby's.

  21. That senator needs to be unalived for his conspiracy to commit murder. The ten year old in the case he's referring to was because the step father and mother left to protect the step father. Not because it was illegal to have an abortion. But it's still wrong both the cause of pregnancy and the abortion.

We're not just fighting for the right to choose for ourselves, but to protect those that are still young and should not be forced to grow up so early, especially in instances such as SA.

  26. a child cannot parent a child. a childs bones are still growing when they're 10. a sane and logical person cannot expect a 10 year old to grow another's bones when their own bones are still growing.

  28. Why is everyone always interested in unborn life, but no one cares once the children are born? I am blessed to live in Germany. No child is forced to become a mother here. Your country doesn't support mothers. There is no paid leave, and the state doesn't support parents.

I am so thankful I live in Canada and worry so much for the American people who are living in a country that has thrown out decency, kindness and respect.
