Wires. Or wires to a lamp socket and then a plug. But if you don’t know by looking maybe you shouldn’t be doing anything…
Wires, there’s screws on one side to tighten it up after plugging wires on those holes.
None. You would have to connect metal wires into those holes. There is a screw on the side of those holes to tighten them so they hold on to the wire.
It isn’t difficult and you can find guides online, but honestly you probably shouldn’t do it yourself unless you know what you’re doing.
if you do not know, then you CALL AN LICENCED ELECTRICIAN TO DO IT. In fact, if you are not a licensed electrician, you call one. Otherwise if the house burns down it’s on you regardless of your insurance.
You don’t necessarily need an electrician to install the lamp but you should know what you’re doing. Therefore I’d at least ask a friend/neighbor/someone who knows how to do that to help you
Thats bare wire style connector, depends on connector in light. Some lights come with bare wires, some comes with socket, then you can buy one of these adapter: [https://www.puuilo.fi/harju-valaisinpistotulppa-maadoitettu-kulma](https://www.puuilo.fi/harju-valaisinpistotulppa-maadoitettu-kulma)
Someone said you aren’t allowed to install a light to this, but that seems wrong. If you were to change the square thing commonly referred to as a “sugar cube”, that would be something [this article by Yle](https://yle.fi/a/3-6355486) mentions as an electrician’s job, but installing a light to this (or a plug/socket) is legal.
Basically, you’d need to detach the plug from your light so you end up with two exposed ends of cable, then insert them in those holes and use the screws to tighten them in. **Make sure the light switch is in the off position** before doing so.
