This book review and summary has been my best read of the summer so far
Yes! The dark triad is ruinous. Life would be wonderful without those blood suckers.
Capitalism creates inequality. Inequality leads to sociopathy. So capitalism leads to rule by psychopaths.
I look forward to reading the book.

Personally, I am pessimistic about both.
This looks like a book I will have to read. It’s impossible to write a book covering this much material without making mistakes, of course, but the thesis here is intriguing and interesting!
