2. Yes! The dark triad is ruinous. Life would be wonderful without those blood suckers.

3. Capitalism creates inequality. Inequality leads to sociopathy. So capitalism leads to rule by psychopaths.

   Personally, I am pessimistic about both.

6. This looks like a book I will have to read. It’s impossible to write a book covering this much material without making mistakes, of course, but the thesis here is intriguing and interesting!
