I’m grateful for any info you have as [hse.ie](https://hse.ie) isn’t as helpful as I’d hoped.
(If you’re curious about why I’m asking, it’s because I’m allergic to propylene glycol, an ingredient in the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, but I might be able to get vaccinated now that Novavax is available in Ireland! :D)

Yes, if you’re a resident.
Yes
Of course.I’m German and I got the vaccine as soon as they opened up for my age group.

There is a freephone number you can contact. The HSE is even on TikTok! 😀
I can’t see them turning anyone away, they want people to get vaccinated so if you are normally resident in Ireland, I don’t think being a foreigner could be an impediment. The only issue might be finding out where Novavax in particular would be available.
Good luck!
You can if you have a pps number
Yes. A lot of my foreign classmates got vaccinated.
You can get vaccinated in Ireland without a PPS number, but you need a proof of address, such as a bank statement or bill.

they require a pps number, which you can only get if you work, to work you need a visa/eu passport.
basically they make it hard for those without a pps
I imagine that you can _but_ you will likely not be able to get official proof of vaccination (e.g. EU COVID Certificate) without a lot of hassle. If you don’t need that, then you can try contact the HSE as you’ll need to do so without having a PPS number handy.
You would have better luck in other countries like Poland and Germany on that front. In my case, I got vaccinated as a non-resident foreigner (essentially a tourist) in Poland and I had a choice of vaccine and had my certificate printed there and then. That was June 2021 though.
Why do you want to get the vaccine here if you don’t live here?
Do you have a visa? They used to need proof of residence so a bill in your name. Not sure now, that was last year when there was priorities.
I know they waved Chinesr citizens at one point because they were not being allowed reenter their country without a vaccine
If not, You could get someone registering you who doesn’t bother checking.
As far as I’m aware, as long as you can prove your address you can get the vaccine here (but even then we vaccinated homeless people, so not a rigid rule). I’ve a good friend from Brazil who’s cousin moved to Ireland in January and they got jabbed within a month of landing and this was the case.
