1. So, is funding finally running out? Are sanctions and the exhausting war taking their toll? It looks that way from any angle, and if so, that’s a good thing!

4. Still makes me laugh that the Russian people haven’t turned against Putin- who has stolen possibly hundreds of billions in the last 25 years. Grow a back bone Russians

5. And Republicans also cut the same for tax cuts for the billionaires.

6. They can conscript all the 17 – 19 years olds instead of keeping them on school benches. This would reduce the education costs and provide the cannon fodder.
