Electric car cost advantage over petrol grows amid energy market turmoil

  2. Uhhh what about the cost of you know…buying the car… i spend like £20-30 a month on fuel, bit less than £20,000 plus energy.

    Everyone buying a brand new car is hardly ideal for the enviro. We should be ditching cars for public transport.

    That means govt doing things so thats why its so quiet.

    Buy a new car plebs and stop bothering us.

  3. Unless on finance, cost in the replacement batteries and tell me where you are…

    I have a 28 year old car, and a 20 year old car…no EV will last that life span. Work out the carbon off set of manufacturing the 8 EVs or sets of non-recyclable batteries to last the same life span, and I feel pretty good about my car choices.
