  16. Em… as a Dane I have to say that I hugely respect Italian food.

    French food is just Italian food, but with rulers.

    You’re forgetting Portuguese food – which is on par with Italian.

    And you’re entirely neglecting Spanish food – which is better when it comes to seafood than Italian.
