The Royal Family is no stranger to criticism and Good Morning Britain star Narinder Kaur is one who never shies away from sharing her true feelings about certain royals. Last year, the broadcaster, 52, caused uproar after claiming Kate Middleton was “ageing”, despite her battle with cancer and subsequent chemotherapy treatment.

She wrote: “Genuine question – why has Kate aged so much? Isn’t she only 42? Is she a smoker? It’s the only explanation.” Despite being hit with heavy backlash, Narinder stuck by her comments, arguing that her brother “didn’t age like that” when he had cancer. Infuriated social media users even called for Narinder to be axed from the shows she has appeared on, with one writing: “Dear @GMB, @loosewomen, @GBNEWS & @theJeremyVine. Please stop hiring Narinder Kaur. If you don’t, we’ll assume you endorse her hideous comments.”

Another fumed: “GB News stopped inviting gobby Narinder Kaur on their show ages ago thank goodness!” as a third posted: “Boycott all those shows, then when it hits the viewing figures they might take notice.”

Narinder’s jibes have come out in full force recently, as she took a furious swipe at Queen Camilla when she arrived at Wimbledon in July. In a video taken when the Queen Consort arrived, those walking behind the royal could be seen tapping audience members in their seats to get them to stand up.

Expressing her anger at the footage on social media, Narinder fumed: “Am I actually seeing this right? Those women are tapping people to get up for Camilla?! What a despicably egotistical vile thing to do…who on earth behaves like this?”

Several social media users hit out at Narinder for her remarks, claiming that standing up shows a sign of respect.

One wrote: “People who respect our monarchy. People who are being told a monarch is walking in from a position which they cannot see. People who want to be here for the right reasons. People who are proud of our country.”

Another raged: “This is called showing respect for the office, regardless of what one thinks of the person in that office. You demonstrate both your ignorance and your own vile values.”

However, others saw where she was coming from, with one writing: “I wouldn’t have got up. It’s absolute nonsense,” as a second agreed: “I’m with you on this Narinder. I disagree 99.9% with you but this is pathetic.”

Her next swipe came just days later when she branded Princess Kate “terribly lazy”. It coincided with somewhat of a compliment, as Narinder went on to say the Princess of Wales looked “beautiful” as she stepped out with her husband and three children at Wimbledon.

She wrote: “Despite the fact I find them terribly lazy, they do look absolutely fantastic here. Love all their outfits. Charlotte and the Princess of Wales look beautiful.”

Narinder was hit with backlash once again, with one person even branding her a “psychopath”.

“Three kids and a recovering cancer patient, lazy?” questioned one X user as another swiped: “Lazy? You earn your money trolling this country!”

The following week, Narinder caused another stir after sharing a side-by-side image of Diana and Prince Harry walking through a land mine field in Angola.

Harry was there supporting the work of the Halo Trust, which his mother had backed on her high-profile visit to the Central African country in 1997.

Narinder, a known supporter of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, reshared the image alongside the caption: “He is his mother’s son! What a remarkable man! The true King of England.”

Her words struck a nerve with her followers, with one commenting: “You know how silly this post is, don’t you, Narinder? Clickbait engagement farming.”

“So he can walk through a field of landmines, but can’t come to the UK because it’s not safe!!! Photo op, that’s all it is,” another raged as a third declared: “What an idiotic statement.”

One of Narinder’s most recent digs at the royals came later in July when she criticised Prince William and Princess Kate for heading on their “fifth or sixth” holiday of the year.

The couple landed in Kefalonia on a private jet and later boarded a yacht off the coast of Agia Efimia and embarked on a tour of the Melissani Cave.

Responding to an article which reported details of the couple’s lavish trip, Narinder asked: “Are we going to talk about the fact this is William and Kate’s 5th/6th holiday this year alone? At taxpayers’ expense? Or are we not allowed to have an opinion for fear of being cancelled?”

Her furious followers came out in full force as they fiercely defended the royal couple.

“Good luck to them. Hope they have a great time, they deserve it,” one argued as another echoed: “They earn every single minute of their family holidays. If you worked as hard as them, you could take more holidays.”

A third fumed: “So you say it’s not okay for our future king to take a holiday on the taxpayers’ expense? Yet it’s okay to house thousands upon thousands of young illegal fighting age men who contribute nothing to the system. Let’s face it, you hate our monarchy.”
