  1. The pharmaceutical company Lek is owned by Novartis / Sandoz and a lot of their production gets transferred between countries for final finishing/packing so that ends up in the statistics.

    What we got: Being 4th largest trading partner of Switzerland.

  5. This trade will only grow in future, because Swiss pharmaceutical giants Sandoz and Novartis are investing more than billion euros in new facilities in Slovenia. But I think this is really good for us. Pharmaceutical sector has high added value and if Slovenia can become one of world major players in this field it can only be good for us.
