Since we are doing foxes. Here’s the guy I picked up last year with a crushed paw.

  1. I strapped up his paw, fed and watered him. I had him for about 24hrs before the local vet in Kinsale could organise him to be brought to a recovery center in Brandon.
When I dropped him in, there was 4 other cubs been brought down at the same time.
I don’t know what happened him after that but, he was eating and drinking so I imagine his recovery went well.

  2. Just out of curiosity, how do you handle sn injured fox without getting bitten? Wouldn’t they be defensive and aggressive if feeling in danger when you approach them?

  3. I love foxes, crazy to think how populous they are in Ireland. Its also disgusting how hunting these creatures is legal, the fact people hunt and kill for fun shocks me.

  4. Man, Looking at that photo and misunderstanding the description I thought you had taxidermied a fox cub and threw it up on reddit like a psychopath. Full wtf minute there.

  5. It’s interesting to see so many people suggest he’s fake.
It would be an impressive teddy manufacturer to be able to capture such detail in a stuffed toy.

I think it’s his eyes, poor guy didn’t know what was happening at the time.
