Diana Koshyk, 23 years old and 6 months pregnant, was in maternity ward in Kamianske, Ukraine, when a Russian missile hit a building nearby. She called her husband, went downstairs for cover. A second Russian missile strike killed her and her unborn son, Damir – Washington Post.

  2. No words. Sadly, it is to be expected a follow-up strike. That’s the same reason you see firefighters wearing body armor. The world has seen what kind of ‘peace’ Russia wants.

  12. I get that *it’s not that easy* etc. But I still don’t understand why pregnant women aren’t taken abroad. You’re not just losing the current generation, but the next one as well. It feels so avoidable.
