  1. Presumably because that is the division fElon doesn’t care about and interfere with

  2. Not because it’s improved so much but because the car business is in such decline.

  3. Easier to look tall when your competition is standing at the bottom of a crater.

Actually I’m all for this. Anyone looking to step up to compete in the market that will get all of us 90% off of grid dependency is fine with me. Here’s hoping they go on a tear.

  4. My original theory on Musk’s political activity was that he simply wanted generally higher energy prices. Kind of a conundrum though, storage likes to be paired with cheap renewables, and the much heavier thumb is on the fossil side on the scale.

  5. The CEO said it would happen eventually. I don’t think he or anyone expected it would be in a year of sudden cancellation of tax credits on top of slowed sales.

  6. Uh oh. If Tesla energy gets more press Elon might start meddling with it and demanding non woke batteries or promising fusion reactors or something to hurt the brand

  7. Back in 08, my neighbor was a sale but she sold home made cookies at local market once a week. Her side hustle became her main job.

  8. It’s the one part of their business where they seem focused on their core products/offerings **and** continue to innovate. Not particularly surprising.

Recently bought one myself! It’s great, a little annoyed at some software niggles but it’s still a great product.

  9. How much of this new profitability is due to (US) government subsidies?

  10. The Tesla Powerwall battery is the de facto standard of home smart batteries. They sell the hell out of them

  11. Because Tesla’s car sales have quietly crashed, thanks to Nazi boy.

  12. They seriously need to expand the app. Look at what Netzero app is doing and copy them.

  13. The Elon is gonna have to fight the felon for freedom to work on wind and solar energy projects.

  14. “quietly”?

The crash of their auto sales is pretty loud!

  15. Neat. Still will never to touch a single Tesla product and I’m actively hoping for the destruction of this Nazi lead company
