I just passed my full moto exam! Any help on the translation of what they were testing/looking for?

I'm an American living here since 2011. I'm proud of myself for getting my moto license here -wasn't easy with my merde francais- but I got it fully today after a year's worth of study and riding and practice.

Now I've passed, but I can't read my marks! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
