Professor Paula Wojcikiewicz Almeida, coordinator of the Global Law Research Center (CPDG) and the Jean Monnet EU–Latin America Global Challenges Excellence Center (CEJM), participated in the 26th edition of the Summer School on Global Comparative Private Law, held between June 30 and July 11, in Salzburg, Austria. The event is annually promoted by the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg. 

During the course, which included over 50 professors from different legal traditions, the professor taught a class on “Private International Law in Brazil” and participated in practical workshops on comparative law. The program also included social activities and institutional visits, fostering the exchange of experiences among participants. 

The initiative aims to prepare lawyers and students to operate in a globalized legal environment, promoting direct contact with around 30 distinct legal systems
