HIPTHER, the media and events company behind several iGaming and tech conferences, has officially joined Estonia’s e-Residency programme and moved to a fully remote work model.
The shift allows HIPTHER to operate as a 100% online EU-based company, with full access to Estonia’s digital business services. The company cites increased efficiency, flexibility, and alignment with its digital-first mindset as key reasons for the move.
“For several years now, our team has been working across borders, embracing remote collaboration and digital-first operations,” said Zoltan Tuendik, HIPTHER’s Co-Founder & Head of Business. “With this step, we’re solidifying and elevating a way of working that’s already part of our DNA.”
From hosting international summits and virtual awards to publishing media content in fast-evolving sectors such as fintech, blockchain, AI, and cybersecurity, HIPTHER has long leveraged digital infrastructure. By going remote, the company aims to scale faster, collaborate more freely, and stay ahead in fast-moving industries.
HIPTHER’s new setup removes physical barriers, letting its team run international conferences, virtual panels, and media platforms from anywhere in the world.
“We believe in building a future where innovation, flexibility, and human-centric values guide everything we do. Becoming an e-resident company empowers us to bring lasting change and sets the stage for our next chapter of global impact,” added Tuendik.
