The article (pulled from the PA newswire) refers to Prof Nolan as a “public health expert”, which I do not think is correct – as I asserted in [this comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/ireland/comments/rseyoo/deleted_by_user/hqm1c18/?context=3) back in December, Prof Nolan has been in academic administration for nearly two decades. It’s not The Journal’s work, but I did find it interesting he’s being painted as such.
Notwithstanding, it is good to see him own up to the mistakes made. Not that does much now, but at least he’s not hiding away from it.
They probably should have explained what a model actual is. A lot of people obviously didn’t understand.
