I just don’t get the outrage. If you’ve chosen to watch this documentary, then you already know what it’s about. Anyone watching it solely to complain about having watched it needs to take a long, hard look at their priorities
Who is being outraged here…?
Some parent who thought a documentary about Bonnie Blue was a kids programme…?
What did they expect when they saw the opening sequence…?
Do people even find it attractive?
Are we still a parochial little island?
Everyone who watched it has no right to be outraged. They went in fully knowing it was about a girl who had sex with 1000 men so ofcourse it will be graphic.
Visa aren’t reacting to public outrage, they’re a company with conservative values who use their power to try to impose their morals on others. They’ve previously tried to stop OnlyFans from providing *any* porn content, for example – tho they backed off from that, they’re still the reason Bonnie Blue isn’t on OF any more.
Well Visa I kind of get, if you’ve seen the docco there’s a thing in there about how Visa withheld payment processing services with OF over objections to her content. So they’re not going to want their ads playing in a programme about her either.
(Visa doing this is quite common in the adult industry; payment processing platforms want the money associated with adult content, but they don’t want to be associated with it, so they tend to hokey-cokey around it — process the payments for a while, make some wedge, then give it the big hoo-ha about morality and turn the tap off, at which point the content providers/platforms have to find other ways to handle payments.)
Honestly though. Anyone who thinks that documentary glamourises pornography clearly hasn’t seen it. There is nothing glamorous about it. It’s actually quite depressing. And it’s not really about sex or pornography at all. It’s about the monetisation of attention, and how being part of the attention economy (as Bonnie Blue is) leads everyone involved down ever more extreme paths.
It would be interesting to find out what the viewership numbers were for the documentary.
Are Visa going for the evil villain award? They seem to be the moral compass of society now, if they don’t approve then money is not allowed through.
Fuck visa and all christofascist American companies
Woman does whatever she wants with her body, she owns her sexuality. She uses rage bait to gain attention, and it works. Maybe society shouldn’t be policing how women use their bodies, and maybe we Bonnie Blue shouldn’t feel like she has to represent a whole section of society with her actions.
The “values” of visa and Smirnoff
And this is why we’re getting stuff like the online safety act, because parents can’t monitor their children.
Oh no, the vodka company suddenly has a morality code.
I sometimes wish Mary Whitehouse was still around! It would’ve been epic
Dont get this whole “outrage” especially now in this day and age. Just another sex worker via modern platforms. Dont like it? Dont watch it.
I watched this because of all the outrage – I’d not watched any of the content she makes but I’d seen a lot of negative comments about her.
From this documentary – the only thing I found a real problem with was at the end, her choosing to meet/interview a person who is sort of the antithesis of what she was promoting.
I didn’t hate it, I wouldn’t watch it again but she’s a clever girl and found her niche – crack on. I hope she leaves her legacy at it’s peak for what it was and doesn’t spend the her later life chasing the controversy she courts now
There’s always been documentaries about the worlds largest gangbangs.
I watched one in the late 90s or so, about some chinese american lady pornstar. Think it was around 300 guys back then, can’t remember many details.
No one remember channel 4 “banned” season in the early 1990s ? Can’t see the problem with this personally. People will moan about anything
It was a hard tug but I got there.in the end.
Lmfao like Smirnoff is in a position to be passing judgement on *anything*. Alcoholism ruins lives. This filthy rich broad is barely ruining her own.
Wonder if patriots they’ll complain as this is against white British culture and her “freedom”
Nobody complained about adverts during the Brexit results and more ppl got fucked then.
“Bonnie Blue. She needed the money.”
Visa quite happy to take porn payments
It’s not the idea it’s the execution show me it just with someone like Riley Reid tbh
Every day I am met with that face… that stare
I dunno why people are obsessed with it, so entranced by it… it terrifies me. I never thought I believed in such things, but I am certain she is a witch, some foul creature born from some elder god coming to claim the minds and souls of both the unclean, and the unsettled. Everytime I see those eyes gaze into my soul, reflected back the thousands of frustrated sweaty men with receding hairlines and patchy facial hair…
I wish never to see her thousand cock stare again. Please… no more, OP… I am begging you.
But you can use Visa card to pay for porn subscription online. 🤷🏼
My main issue with this topic is the dead eyes of Bonnie Blue. Aesthetically she’s very pretty. But there’s just something not there. I looked her up on the hub and couldn’t even muster up the effort for a Jimmy Floyd. There’s just nothing sexy about her at all.
Fuck is watch in America?
They should bring back the red triangle
