I don‘t even understand why the EU isn‘t simply saying it will match US tariffs 1:1. The $600 bn investment promise is obviously just there to manipulate Trump but the 15% one-sided tariffs are terrible and the EU should have never allowed this to happen. Trump can‘t rage a tarrif war against EU, India and China simultaniously
Doesn’t make sense since the pledge is over years. Also, no firm will invest in such an unstable environment like Trump’s USA.
