Biden had absolute immunity from the law and could have obtained and released all of it. But alas, he had his legacy, norms, traditions, etc. to worry about and those were more important than using the powers of the executive branch. It really seems like the Supreme Court needs reform and potential disbanding if we ever make it through the next 3.5 years.
