MultiSport Benefit, the provider of fitness cards used by over 300,000 people, has recently ended contracts with several firms, often without clear warning. One affected company, Elisabeth Pharmacon, told Czech media outlet Seznam Zprávy their agreement was terminated without explanation, even though employees used the card on average just three times a week.
