Homematch rental agreement

Hello everyone,

We recently viewed an apartment and really liked it. The agency asked us to use an app called Homematch to apply for the apartment. After submitting my application, I received an email from Homematch stating that my application had been selected.

What’s confusing is that the app prompts me to accept the rental contract before the management actually provides it. I’m having trouble making sense of this. Out of curiosity, I clicked on “I accept.”

Is there any fee associated with Homematch? Has anyone had experience using this app and could share their thoughts?
