  32. He didn’t change the law by himself, he may have authored the law change. But a lot of folks had to vote for it to pass.

    I have the same problem with the many reports that point to one person or another and say their vote allowed the law to pass, the individual to be confirmed or what ever the issue is. The reality is their vote was just one of many needed to make it happen.
