My passport tracker has been suck on this for the past 2 week and I’ve no form of communication with them . What should I do ? Has anyone had the same problem ?

1. 25th is today. Wait until 26th or 27h it should update

2. It says they haven’t received the supporting documents, you need to check the tracking for them

3. You have to call maybe 30 times to get through. Do that and you might get a non gobshite on the phone who can help you out.

4. I am in the same boat. All they have received so far from you is the on-line portion of your application. They have not received the original supporting documentation that you mailed/posted to them. My docs actually just arrived at their office today. It took well over 30 days to get their by registered mail from the USA. Once they have your physical documents in hand, the estimated issue date will update with a new date that is 35 days out. My docs arrived today so my estimated issue date for my passport is now 30/05/2022. Also, a new message will appear at the bottom of the screen which states: We have received your supporting documents. We are now verifying these documents. It is just sit and wait now for me.
