Libya’s Attorney General, Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, held talks with Central Bank Governor, Saddek El-Kaber, to review coordinated efforts aimed at limiting illicit speculation in foreign currencies and addressing money laundering activities.
The meeting also covered the administrative and financial measures recently undertaken by the Central Bank regarding the importation of fuel, as part of broader efforts to enhance transparency and regulatory oversight in key economic sectors.
Authorities emphasized the importance of continued collaboration between judicial and financial institutions to safeguard the integrity of Libya’s monetary system.
