Using Google Maps, it looks like this **refinery is 185.5 kilometers (115.27 miles) East South East from the middle of the Kerch bridge**. Of course the drone most likely flew significantly farther than that, given that the Kerch bridge is well-inside Russian-controlled territory.
Poor India isn’t going to like it if they have been hit with extra US tariffs due to buying Russian Oil…if Russia no longer has enough oil to sell to them to offset those punitive tariffs.
Refinery is not fine.
I don’t think the refinery is supposed to do that…
