The first prep game of Turkey ended up being a triumph for Lithuania, which got the 91-70 win in Istanbul.
Despite not using Jonas Valanciunas, Lithuania got a commanding halftime lead (50-31) and never looked back.
On the other hand, Turkey used in total of 14 players, making a lot of on-court experiments and keeping Alperen Sengun in action just for seven minutes.
He finished with four points, and captain Cedi Osman had 17 and Furkan Korkmaz added 15.
On the other side, Margiris Normantas, with 15 points, was the top scorer, and Rokas Jokubaitis, with 13 points, seven assists, and six rebounds, did a bit of everything.
This is the second prep win of Lituniana after beating Estonia at home (89-68).
Turkey will compete in Group A of the Eurobasket 2025, while Lithuania is part of Group B.
