Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu asks Red Cross to help hostages in Gaza • FRANCE 24 English

These images of emaciated hostages in Gaza shook Israel to the core, sparking outrage and prompting Israel’s prime minister to double down on his promise to wipe out Hamas. They don’t want to deal. They want to break us with these horror videos, with this horror propaganda they spread in the world. But we won’t be broken. I am filled with more determination to release our hostages, to eliminate Hamas, to ensure Gaza will no longer pose a threat to the state of Israel. Over the last few days, Hamas and Islamic Jihad released videos of Evatar Davidid and Rahm Braslavski in which they appear weak and malnourished. In response on Sunday, Netanyahu’s office said it had asked the International Committee of the Red Cross for help to get aid to the hostages. The ICRC played a key role the last time hostages were handed over to Israel at the start of the year. In a statement, the ICRC said it was appalled by the videos. It reiterated its call to be granted access to the hostages to assess their conditions, give them medical support, and facilitate contact with their families. Hamas replied it would only allow that if Israel opened humanitarian corridors for food and aid everywhere in the Gaza Strip. Israel has come under fierce criticism for heavily restricting the entry of aid, but it insists it’s allowing more supplies into the territory.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu requested the help of the International Committee of the Red Cross on Sunday (August 3) to aid hostages in Gaza. In response, Hamas said that it would allow the agency access to the hostages but only if “humanitarian corridors” for food and aid were opened “across all areas of the Gaza Strip.”

  1. Watch the interview Tucker Carlson did with a Green Beret combat veteran who worked at a Gaza aid station. He helped a boy get food, and then the boy was shot by the IDF on the way back to his home.

  2. Red cross helped Palestinian they were killed by IDF, now they asked for help to freed him, he can barter with Netanyahu's son, Israeli will proud if Netanyahu did it, prolly, who knows?

  3. Hospitals in Gaza have recorded six new deaths from famine and malnutrition in the past 24 hours, including one child, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.

This brings the total number of people who have died from hunger-related causes since the start of the war to 181, including 94 children.

NOW this MONSTER worries about them. 🙄Only when he wants sympathy. Otherwise he knows what’s happening to them. Any person with an ounce of intelligence would know that if he’s strvng an entire population, the prisoners of war are strvng as well. Just seeing this psycho’s face makes me SICK.

  4. I was convinced that Hamas would at least take care of high value hostages, considering all the stolen aid supply for millions of starving civilians piling up in its tunnel network…

  5. I don’t believe in Hamas anymore I’ve watched the videos of what really happened on Oct. 7 and it seems different from what they told!I isrealis knew what was going to happen that day!

  6. Oh they matter but not all the children of Gaza. What about all the hostage they have been holding? This is all for land and the new plan for a canal system thru Gaza. The greater Israel plan has been laid out for years.
Watch The BiBi files documentary, share with people also.

  7. As a scholar in Public International Law at Cambridge, I believe the best way to peace is through treaties which is achieved through dialogue
