New footage by Radio Liberty is showing a previously unknown video of the shooting of a Bucha resident by Russians. They shot and killed 70-year-old Volodymyr Rubaylo on Yablunska Street on March 4, 2022. After that they began a several-hour looting of the supermarket before they had to retreat.
