It’s like the Agatha Christie novel *And Then There Were None*
Remember when everyone would worry about “How come they wasted a drone doing that?” Now Ukraine has millions of them.
russia (proudly): – our army constantly moving forward!
– now we have 6 soldiers 100 meters further !
ukrainians: – they are dead already.
russia: – where russian soldiers stepped- that is russian land!
ukrainians : – you sick F….
It is 2025 and “Russian motorcycle assault” is a thing that happens
0:41 overlay reads ‘planet express’, futurama fans in this unit
Russian Officer “Now please drive down this completely straight and open kilometer long road that will surely not be the target of any drones, may the broken motorcycles and decomposing bodies that you encounter every 30 meters guide your way”
The futility of this is honestly makes this video (and others like it) really hard to watch. Sending a handful of guys out on bikes to get picked off by what amounts to artillery with the accuracy of a sniper rifle is callous to say the least. I get that there is a logic and operational necessity to it all given the battlefield environment both sides are operating in, but its just insanity. How the Russians have remained a cohesive fighting force while operating this way in exchange for meters of land each day is beyond me.
Watching the evolution of this war from its early days filled with Bayraktars, NLAW’s, and tubed-artillery to where things have progressed now, swarms of FPV’s and Mavic’s, while the frontline is held by a thin line of screening Infantry, is really jarring.
