Some 500 people are expected to attend.

Beyond the weekend, officers across the country face having annual leave cancelled and being asked to work longer shifts as the criminal justice system strains to handle an expected summer of [protests over asylum hotels](https://inews.co.uk/news/rival-groups-clash-at-protest-outside-london-asylum-hotel-3839756?srsltid=AfmBOooayT4yp67yVhcMe5–WIJiG3s5__rU5sJWJJu3nAAu4uvMtiGF&ico=in-line_link) and the [war in Gaza](https://inews.co.uk/topic/israel-hamas-war?ico=in-line_link), *The i Paper* has been told.
Police were braced for potential disorder in towns across England on Friday after [far-right groups](https://inews.co.uk/topic/far-right?srsltid=AfmBOopsPGQgFW-LOsPRBHcDGAcJ5biqmIicuwWYqQv3LFjB68vw_fjh&ico=in-line_link) and influencers promoted a range of protests against [asylum seekers](https://inews.co.uk/topic/asylum-seekers?ico=in-line_link).
I wonder how soon Antifa will show up, all masked and tooled up, only to instigate trouble and then blame everyone else.
So instead of taking preventative measures to stop asylum seekers and illegal immigrants from commiting rapes they are instead deploying more police against people protesting about the problem?
Nice of them to publicly declare that the police will all be tied up kettling a bunch of protestors, allowing real criminals to go about committing more crime…
Protests are fine as long as they are legal and be it for gaza or for anti migrant hotels
be it left wing or right wing, both mad at the government that refuses to listen and clearly is more interested in staying in power by censorship and making free speech almost illegal
Scary times, what every your side
The unemployed are going to be out in force this weekend
