CNN Host Confronts Ryan On Bible In Schools
This CNN segment got completely flipped by Oklahoma’s education boss. You went after woke teachers and the radical left in your announcement for attacking religious liberty. But your critics are saying that by requiring Bibles in every classroom and requiring this prayer video, you’re trying to impose your religion on students in violation of the establishment clause. They say the constitution, scholars say the constitution is crystal clear on freedom of religion, not enforcing one religion, your religion on students. What do you say? Look, CNN doesn’t have to like it. Uh, leftwing activists don’t have to like it. I’m just talking about facts. It’s not my opinion. Document. The Bible is a historical document. You can’t rewrite history. Okay? The reality is the Bible was what drove so much of so many of the consequential events in American history. Why the pilgrims come to America. President Trump has a clear mandate. Our kids have to understand what made America great in the first place. And obviously the Bible, the Constitution, and the Declaration of Independence are indispensable and understanding the story of America.
In a heated CNN segment, Pamela Brown pressed Oklahoma’s Ryan Walters on whether Bible requirements and prayer videos in classrooms violate the Constitution.
Walters didn’t flinch—he fired back, calling the Bible a key piece of American history and defending its place alongside the Constitution and Declaration of Independence.
He also invoked President Trump’s mandate to return foundational values to the classroom.
This moment exposes the growing tension over faith, history, and education in America’s public schools.

Was Ebonics part of some curriculums? Or am I wrong
Personally, we don't need religious books in the classroom,
Korans or the Bible.
You can tell she realized how much sense he made toward the end when he explained it simply to her 😂😂
LOVE HIM, THE BIBLE NEEDS TO BE IN SCHOOLS. BECAUSE LOOK WHERE THE COUNTRY IS IN NOW. AMEN ABSOLUTELY AMEN.
Pathetic sow.
Separation of church and state. Problem is that non Christian religions are given preferential treatment. All religions have to stay in their lane.
There is no freedom of religion for Christians in public school classrooms. Probably not even in Oklahoma.
The founding fathers came here for Christianity. Didn't come here for Muslim religion or Buddha. Those religion is being taught in those countries. So why is it a problem that our kids are taught why we fled and created America. It's pretty sad that other people from other countries has bigger voices then the original citizens do. Did Satan create this just so they can stop children knowing why America started. The schools don't have to teach the whole bible to them but the main reason. I believe it has to do with Catholic Church also. Because that was one religion we mainly lefted behind. That was the main religion England had.
That would probably be a real nice education course in public school to show this is what early Americans did in the classrooms.
The prayer that they used to start the school day with is really awesome. It's about thanking God for the day and that he stay with them to protect the teachers the children and the parents
She’s so angry and miserable 😂 eventually, the money won’t be enough to keep up the degeneracy
Now we're going too far right. The Bible is NOT a historical document… and even if it were, then it should only be taught in history class, and thereby only be required in history classrooms.
America was built by patriots who had favor from GOD " LEFT WING FREAK'S COULD NEVER BUILD SOMETHING GREAT LIKE AMERICA
She'd be one of the first ones to support the Jihad prayer in our streets. Never hear any of them demanding they stop the Jihad prayer in Michigan streets.
Now that is TRUETH
Gotta love CNNs ole “your critics say….” Translated: this is CNNs viewpoint but we are too cowardly to admit it
Demoncrats always flip things around 360 to meet their agendas! So sick!!
Don’t hear you complaining when children are being forced to learn about muslim or lgbtq where was your concern then. CNN JOKE
Mic drop!
Which Bible? I would put that the New Testament is complete rubbish. Any truth it contains was stolen from the Tora. And just for the record, history is rewritten so much that it is nearly impossible to know the truth. There is the history of the losers, the winners, and then there's the truth. Mark Twain
It your opinion, don't play that silly game.
I concur, Bible is authentic, spiritual. Make America great!!!
F CNN
I am a very dedicated Christian. I believe that the Bible is a document that celebrates free will. We should not put it in front of students who don’t want. Same as pornography, the Koran, or any other worship source that is not universally accepted. Math is good. English language is good. Science is good. History is good, but not emphasizing one group of people. If people don’t want God, Jesus Christ, His people to be taught, leave it out. If this were Christian nation, which it is not. Bibles would never have left schools.
How can you get a teachers, when a majority hate the Bible, teach kids about the Bible. It’s a bad idea. Not well thought out.
She'll be Buns Up in Hell
History has been rewritten, many times, just as The Bible has.
She’s smart enough to understand that she’s wrong.
STUPID girl reporter
You’re free to be whatever religion, but at the end of the day the US is and always has been a Christian nation and it should stay that way. Christ is King✝️🇺🇸
Ya she's just a smug lib
I agree that the Bible should be in schools they need to teach it as well as have a class on the constitution and the bill of rights like a deep thorough history of it
Oklahoma is DEAD LAST in education.
