MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – If you are looking for a family-friendly event to check out this weekend, you should consider the Madison Comic and Pop Culture Expo.
The family-friendly event will be celebrating all things TV, film, gaming and comics.
Ben Penrod, who is the founder of the expo, visited WMTV on Friday and said this experience will be like “a nerdy flee market.”
Aside from comics books and toys, more than 100 local artists are also expected to be attending the festival and selling their work.
If you would like to visit, it will be taking place at the Alliant Energy Center all weekend long.

Saturday, August 9, 10 a.m.-6p.m.Sunday August 10, 10 a.m.- 4p.m.
