  4. He was twice impeached. The Senate failed to convict both times, but that doesn’t change that he was impeached twice.

  10. If their excuse is even close to the truth, they should have realized how it was going to look and either waited until the new thing was ready or gotten out ahead of it.

    Like, I can your typical museum admin doing that and not thinking about the optics, but this is the Smithsonian and all things considered they should know better.
