This greasy motherfucker literally gets free healthcare on our dime.
That is correct. You stop paying the ludicrous amount you currently pay for shoddy insurance, and instead pay that amount in taxes.
37 trillion debt. Government brings in 4.8 trillion in revenue. Spends seven.
Let’s cut 2 trillion off of the budget then we can talk about free health care.
Until then, there is no money for sustainable free health care for everyone
Universal healthcare isn’t free. We all pay for it.
I thought America 🇺🇸 is the wealthiest country that ever existed on earth. Where’s your money?
Friend in Australia just had a series of, x-rays, CT scans, GP and Specialist visits. Except for 1 calcium CT heart scan ($230) it was completely free. The Australian economy is apparently doing fine. The US seems to have been completely brain-washed regarding the possibilities for how to structure and finance public health. Corporatised health on the US level is viewed by many outsiders as a hideous death cult.
He‘s right.
There is no FREE healthcare. Somebody always has to pay for it. In most cases it‘s the public through either taxes or socialized healthcare.
And so far US citizens oppose both. So where would the money come from?
Insulin and asthma inhalers cost a few bucks to produce, yet they want to charge up to a thousand dollars a month for these products.
And people who can breathe well or not having to have their feet amuted tend to be more productive.
So I think from that point of view health care is pretty cheap, if it allows people to live better and be more productive.
I have an idea: a tariff-financed healthcare system. That way “other countries” pay for Americans‘ healthcare…
America should adopt a European style scheme whereby the Employee and the Employer split the cost of Health Care Insurance premiums. This should mandated by law no matter what you wages are. Those who cannot work can enter into some kind of Medicare/Medicaid scheme. If you are self employed you must pay the entire premium. No one can opt out. If everyone is insured, cost will go down. Important – Companies must compete only through what they can offer – not what they can charge. American Health system are a mess and need complete overhall. However, this likely will not happen under the current government.
When a person comes to US….. The one thing that they cry about the most is the healthcare system….
They’re like… We can get this shit done in my country for 1/100th of what it costs here….
And they’re not even exaggerating
Look at USA national debt and budget deficit and you will see that we really can’t afford that. It would cost 3-4 trillion a year. If we cut military spending (1trillion a year) it still wouldn’t be enough.
Your taxes would go up from 22% on average to 44% for everyone.
Taxing billionaires? They are already evading taxes and if you increase it they will evade it even more and then low-mid income families have to make up for the shortfall because they don’t have money for the best accountants to avoid taxes.
But we can afford to send Billions to Israel for their gen0c1de in P@lest!n
🤦
So out of touch of reality
The greatest country in the world cannot afford it?
Technically it would be paid for by taxes, so it’s not *free* like this dipshit is claiming.
Tax dollars would need to be reallocated to accomplish this, like pretty much every other first world country on the planet.
Reminds me of Israeli lies about not harming Palestinians.
The USA spends roughly double as much per head on healthcare than anywhere else on the planet. The amount per head from public funds – taxes- is about the same as other industrialised countries.
It’s just an incredibly inefficient system.

Just generally speaking, most of these “28 and unemployed getting free healthcare” would really only cost the bare minimum. Maybe 4 visits a year and that’s that. Trump’s $300-500M budget for him golfing would easily handle that alone and it only negatively effects one caul person, period.
Wait… he’s saying that because HE believes there is some lazy 28 year old, somewhere, living in their mother’s basement, who doesn’t deserve healthcare… NONE OF US DESERVE HEALTHCARE????????
That’s like saying because mass shooters don’t deserve the right to purchase assault rifles, no one deserves to have an assault rifle…. Wait a second… I may be coming around to his way of thinking. Oh, the irony!
Of course not. Get rid of the TrickleDown-theft now!
If he’s so passionate about it, why not end free healthcare for elected officials. They need to stand on their own two feet and get their own plans.
The Big Healthcare Lie:
Medicare for All would cost less than our current “Big Profit for Insurance Companies” system.
The other Big Healthcare Lie Getting Insurance through your Job:
46% of American employers don’t offer healthcare insurance. Of the 54% that offer healthcare insurance, typically it’s only for full-time employees and many of these companies workforces are part-time employees.
The One reason we cannot have Medicare for All is that millions of dollars of campaign donations come from Healthcare Insurance Companies that profit from this system. They lobby our Representatives and Senators and fund PAC to keep profits high.
It isn’t free! It is asking our tax dollars to be used for something that benefits all and not just they very few!
Flood voted against an amendment that would have eliminated $500 million allocated for Israeli Cooperative Programs, including defense systems like the Iron Dome.
