Kid you not some years ago an estate agent actually showed me a bedroom “here’s bedroom number 4” and it wasn’t big enough for even the smallest possible bed, it was a box room.
I pointed this out and he said “a baby could sleep in a travel cot, so it’s a bedroom” and moved on.

That’s plenty of space for Bender and there’s room for Fry when he wants to come and visit.
Landlords are out of control at this point

that’s a little big to be JUST a bedroom, get an ensuite in there!
And it would still cost a mortgage to rent out.
