I mean [Septicflesh](https://youtu.be/N4UMwF5zIqw) and [Rotting Christ](https://youtu.be/OJbqplkBBv8) are so awesome and at the same time they have such a distinctive (Greek ?) feeling, probably because it incorporate classical elements.
I know it’s not to everyone’s taste but thanks for those masterpieces!

I was recommended by a friend a band, called “Villagers of Ioannina City”. I am not sure if they are the same genre with those you mentioned, but maybe you’ll like their music.
Plokami Tou Karxaria are the Pioneers of silly greek metal genre.
You can also try phase reverse. Not black or doom metal by any means. But very good metal-ish band whatsoever. They are on Spotify. Disclaimer: I know their guitarist. He is awesome.

Daemonia Nymph for something different.
We didn’t create these bands, they did so themselves. It’s unreasonable and entitled to be proud for something one didn’t do. RT and SF have survived and become amazing bands in a country that hated them and branded them evil.
