I regularly travel abroad to friends and family. I like to bring back swiss gifts and I am running out of options. What are your favourites? I go for either something that swiss people love to have at home or otherwise swiss-made/relevant products. I avoid things that take space and are just ornamental (eg: a snow ball). I am looking for items that one either replaces or would like to have an extra of. But not eg salt-pepper set.
I avoid chocolate half of the year, because it melts…
My best so far:

I always love when my family brings some herbal tea from swiss alpine herbs. Brings back fond memories!
If the other person is spending time on/at the water a „Seesack“/„Aarebag“ is nice as well. Available with different motives.
And everything from ovomaltine is nice as well. Maybe the cookies hold up against the heat a little bit better?
I like giving victorinox knifes. They’re good quality and last a long time. I make sure it’s one that has scissors though. I use the scissors 5 times as much as the knife.
